We want you to be completely enamored with your House of Hackney treasures, but if a piece isn't quite right for your home, we offer a 28-day return window for all standard items. Please ensure items are returned in their original, pristine condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully repackage your items in their original House of Hackney boxes, ensuring all delicate fabrics and wallpapers are sufficiently protected.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the exterior of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier point and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
